Who are we?

JongeHonden is more than just another recruitment and secondment agency. We provide our clients with high-quality, project-based assistance at junior and intermediate levels and  we are known to offer a fresh, new perspective on organizations and projects we work for.

JongeHonden means Young Dogs, a metaphor for young and enthusiastic people. We pride ourselves in being astute, resourceful, young professionals who enjoy life and our careers!

All our staff are intelligent ambitious entrepreneurs and academics. All of us are eager to learn more and develop our knowledge and skills. We have wide-spread interests and vary in educational orientations but we all love to work hard and learn fast.  We're not afraid to share our thoughts and opinions and we all strive to participate to the fullest of our ability.

Who do we work for?

You will find some of our staff working for freelancers, (senior) advisors and consultants that are lacking sufficient (temporary) junior staff to cover periods of surplus assignments. Also we work for various companies, NGOs and governmental organizations.
The fields of business we mostly work in are related to city planning, social housing, (health) care, education, management & organization development, marketing and communications.
